There are not many guidelines for your signature, but we do ask that you do not put large sized images in your signature that may distort or take up too much space. You may add animated images, but please only one, because it may slow down the forums. Lastly, we ask that you please refrain from too much text. Make sure that you have no more than 12 lines of text in your signature.
If you would like to make a signature that will be visible at the end of each of your posts, there is information below to help guide you through learning if you are not familiar with it.
If you go to "Profile" up top by the logout option, you will be taken to a page where you will see "Modify Profile". You can click on that to edit your signature (as well as the rest of your information). You will see a spot for your "signature" by scrolling down.
If you want to add a photo to your signature, you can do so by adding the image code as follows: [*IMG]imagelinkhere.jpg[/IMG*] without the asterisks.
You can add text simply by typing or copying and pasting what you want. If you want to bold or italicize the text and whatnot, use the following:
[*I]text[*/I] - sample
[*B]text[*/B] - sample
[*S]text[*/S] -sample
[*U]text[*/U] - sample
By default your text and photo will be aligned to the left side. If you would like to center or right-align your signature you can do so by adding [*CENTER] or [*RIGHT] to the beginning of your signature and [*/CENTER] or [*/RIGHT] to the end of your signature, again, without the asterisks.
